1) I think it is an artifact of applying darcs patches where the  
patched form is the current form. Sorry.

2) Updated miscmacros.egg w/ 'while*' macro.

3) Shouldn't the body of 'while' be 'begin ...' rather than 'let  
() ...', which introduces an unnecessary lambda into the expansion.
