[Chicken-users] yet another java interface + spiffy update

Hello!

Another java-interface called "javahack" is now available as an egg.
It works by running jscheme (the java-based Scheme interpreter)
in a subprocess and exchanging s-exprs via std I/O.
Any feedback is welcome.

There has also be an update of Spiffy: Peter Bex kindly contributed
a patch that adds support for a config file (reloadable by signalling
SIGHUP). This required changing the configuration parameters
to variables, so this is not backward compatible.
