[Chicken-users] CMake tarball distribution capability fully implemented

The CMake build can now generate tarballs that do not need Chicken to 
build.  Starting with a current Darcs tree + a Chicken 2.3 or better, 
run CMakeSetup / CCMake, then on the command line type "make dist".  Hey 
presto, the resulting tarball does not need Chicken!

Now I'm sure everyone's just itchin' to work on the bugs that prevent 
the distribution from actually being useful.
