Since we're discussing file names, my recommendation, for naming new
files created in the wiki, would be to only use dashes and lowercase
alphabetic (in us-ascii) or numeric characters (note the absence of
spaces in this set).

If one wants to use a fancy title, one sets the svnwiki:title property
on the file.  For example:

    svn ps svnwiki:title "Generating the smallest possible, self-contained 
executable" small-executables

That makes the URLs nicer and avoids problems like the one described
in these messages.

In the future it may even be possible to modify this title through the
web interface. :-)
