While I was writing the locale converter it has appeared that classpath was not accepting protocol with whitespaces like that " http" or tabs. When I try the same thing in the JDK it is accepted. So I propose this one line modification in

I don't get any errors with this. If it's ok, I'll add a mauve test too.
