[cp-patches] java.awt.geom.Area

Hello all.
Here's my implementation of Area. 
It's a big class. 
It isn't very fast. 
It can fall apart when polygons are sufficiently complex.

All the above is true for Sun's version too though. It's just the
nature of the algorithm (Weiler-Atherton) used. Improvements are
welcome. 

All reviewers have my sympathy. It's big.
