Please make it a spec note, or add it to the VMClass.throwException()
documentation. The public documentation for GNU Classpath should be self
contained as much as possible. Referring to other documentation or
mailinglist discussion is ok, but you should assume the developer
doesn't have direct access to them. And it is really just an
implementation detail which is indeed regrettable, but that isn't
directly relevant to the GNU Classpath user. It might be relevant
to GNU Classpath hackers and runtime developers though.
