Not having cygwin installed on Windows is really painful for me.  :)

Give it a try, if you're wanting a purely Windows .dll to be generated I
believe we'll need much of the Windows JNI code to be added based on CNI
in gcj and then make sure the compile can deal with -mnocygwin or
whatever it is...
