[cp-patches] Small fix for JButton icons

Hi,

I've found that JButtons display slightly incorrect. The left and right
margins are to big compared to the JDK implementation. I've attached a
small test program. Also compare my screenshots #2 and #3:

#3 is more like the L&F of JDK IMO

a trivial patch is also attached. Shall I commit it or are there any
objections to it?
