[cp-patches] FYi: Implement (naive) Bidi.requiresBidi() workaround

Subject: [cp-patches] FYi: Implement (naive) Bidi.requiresBidi() workaround

Hi,

This one method was needed for some eclipse plugin (SWT seems to do all
other bidirectional stuff internally). Sven came up with the suggestion
to just use Character.getDirectionality() for it:

        Implement workaround suggested in bug #25430.
        * java/text/Bidi.java: New file.

This doesn't close the bug of course. But now we do have some more
documentation how to go forward.

Committed,

Mark
