JRVM 2.1.1 and GNU Classpath

At last I have managed to successfully get GNU Classpath working with
the Jikes Research Virtual Machine ver 2.1.1.

The biggest obstacle I had was getting the correct version of the jikes
java compiler. I eventually settled with ver 1.13 (and had to apply a
patch).

The changes I made to JRVM to be compatible with Classpath have been
incorporated into the JRVM CVS (expect for one small thing I missed),
over the next while I'll look at ways to incorporate the changes
necessary for Classpath CVS too.
