All of the java.security tests are passing
on Jikes RVM with the cvs head of classpath & mauve. We run mauve
tests every night as part of our automated regression testing (results
are posted to the jikesrvm-regression mailing list if anyone is interested).
We also run the Jikes RVM and classpath cvs head combination against
a number of other tests every night as well.
For the last couple weeks we've been
regularly failing _201_compress and _209_db from SPECjvm98 and a home-grown
utf8 test with the classpath cvs head/Jikes RVM combination. Jikes
RVM cvs head with classpath 0.05 passes these tests. The thing the
tests seem to have in common is that they are all reading large input files.
We haven't had a chance to look into this in too much detail, but
I suspect there may be lingering problems due to the recent changes in
FileDescriptors.
