SableVM on Cygwin

Hi Everyone,

After getting JamVM+Classpath working on Cygwin this week, I couldn't
wait to get SableVM on there too. It was surprisingly easy once Gadek
gave me some very welcome help :-).

As this was part of a GNU Classpath effort, I've added the instructions
to the GNU Classpath wiki at:
