Summary:  java.util.zip.ZipEntry constructor accepts too long names

Original Submission:  The constructor taking a String doesn't throw an 
IllegalArgumentException with GNU Classpath (current CVS) when the file name is 
longer than 0xFFFF as the spec demands.
