Summary:  System.setIn/setOut/setErr do not work

Original Submission:  Changes recently to how the in/out/err file descriptors 
are set and where has made the JNI native code incorrect.  Instead of setting a 
field in VMSystem we must now get a reference to java/lang/System and set 
fields in it.
