If they need this patch then they probably don't want to do that.
It works for all of us because we want to install the GTK peers. But if
someone doesn't want that then they can now run autogen.sh and do a
configure --without-gtk-peeer and be done with it. (They miss out on the
nice new-menus for example, what heay, that is their loss.)
