        * javax/swing/plaf/basic/BasicSplitPaneUI.java
        (propertyChange): Added call to reset the layout manager
        whenever the size of the divider is changed.
        (setDividerLocation): Added adjustment to container
        sizes if the divider goes over the bottom/right side.
        Also, fixed the size of the right/top component.
        (validLocation): Added check for min/max location returned.
