        * Provided an explanation of master/detail
        datasources and how to link them up.
        * Added example code for accessing the
        new-style dataobjects within a trigger
        * Cleanup up the organization of the
        document
        * Removed references to creating a form
        in a text editor (will later cover the
        file format in an appendix.)
        * Misc typos
