new ML for commit messages of the Debian hurd package maintenance

Hello,

We're going to create a new mailing list for Debian commit mails. Thomas
Schwinge has suggested that we could send them to commit-hurd@ instead of
creating a new mailing list (using Debian infrastructure).

It wouldn't be much more traffic (probably less than 15 messages a month). We
want to know if anybody will have any problem with having Debian Hurd commits on
the list before starting to spam you :)

So if you have any problem, please speak up, and we'll just create a new
separate mailing list. If nobody complains in about a week, we'll start to use
commit-hurd@ (of course it can be changed in the future if needed).
