Hello,

in the last weeks, we've been working with Christian Grotthoff,
Matthias Wachs, Jacob Appelbaum, and the Tor and I2P developers to
publish an IESG Approval document for the reservation by IANA of five
special-use domain names [RFC6761] for p2p systems.

The document was just submitted to the IETF datatracker. [0]

It comes at the same time of the Wikileaks TPP draft that states:
"Each party shall adopt or maintain a system for the management of its
country-code top-level domain (ccTLD) that provides: ... (b) online
public access to a reliable and accurate database of contact
information concerning domain-name registrants." [1]

Regards,

==
