We are proud to announce the release of CorePKG, version 1.4.

This release fixes a bug upgrading packages with a dash in the name.
Several improvements have been added to the BUILD script example,
focusing on making it easier to build as an unprivileged user.

CorePKG is a minimalist software package manager for Unix systems.

CorePKG is distributed under the terms of the GNU General
Public License version 2+.

Getting the software
--------------------

Here are the GZIP compressed sources (12K):

   <http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/corepkg/corepkg-1.4.tar.gz>

Here is an installable package (12K):

   <http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/corepkg/corepkg-1.4+1.cpk>

The package requires corepkg to be installed. If it is not, it can
be extracted with the Unix tar command:

   tar xzf corepkg-1.4+1.cpk bin/corepkg.

To install, the /etc/core/ directory must first exist. This
can be done as the root user with the following command:

   mkdir -pm 755 /etc/core/.

These are the SHA256 checksums:
