Shell build environment, or setup as many skeleton source files as we
can as well?
But I definitely agree that having the build environment ready makes
things a 100 times easier. The only reason I had that simple makefile
was for my own immeadiate convience. Feel free to toss it once the
environment is properly setup with autotools.
I suppose we should populate / with all the necessary stuff as well.
Have you ever used autoproject? It adds some crap in there too that
I haven't really liked, but it sets up a default build pretty fast.
