I don't agree. If you check the -kick/-skick and -bankick
functions, at the end, you will see they both call
proceed_user_kick, they just use different parameters. The
displayed message is a bit different ("is kicking" vs "is
banning") and while -kick uses a key to have the duration of
the ban, -bankick accept the parameter directly within the
command. I think -kick is just a degenerated version of
-bankick.

I don't agree with you.
I think it's a bad thing: for example how can i ban someone 
for 1h ?
Time can't be used to distinguish between kick or ban.
