Summary:  build plugins are not removed by an make clean/distclean

Original Submission:  prior build plugins are not removed by an make 
clean/distclean - also an make is not executed when the plugin.c has been 
changed

with this version of makefiles in the plugin directories it's difficult to 
integrate multiple own plugins...
