make of DDD stops erroneous

I tried to generate DDD (3.3 as well as 3.2.98) on our HP-UX 10.20 platform.
The "make" however ended erroneous during the linking of DDD with the
messages beneath. Do you know what causes the problem and how to solve it?
("making all in vsllib" and in "themes" was not done because of "No suffix
list.")
