I know of no translations of the DDD manual so far (although articles
on DDD have been published and translated in several languages.)
Feel free to do so.
The license of the DDD manual is the GNU Free Documentation License
(contained in the DDD manual). It contains all the details, including
a section on `Translation'.
Et n'oublie pas de m'en envoyer un exemplaire :-)
