And my second question is, since I haven't seen it TODO file, is there even a plan to switch from old Motiff library to some other? DDD is supposed to be _GUI_ front-end for gdb, and as such it should be much more nicely polished to suit users need, and there are many libraries that could do it in much better manner than Motiff, and which are also portable.
The widget debate isn't a new one -- for many years people have raised the issue. HOWEVER: Try looking at the source, and you'll see that 80%+ of the source files make Motif calls. It would be an enormous amount of work to replace Motif; a entire rewrite would be required. So if you're interested, give it a go. Patches are always welcome. Andrew.
