I applied the patch below to the original test2 directory. Then ran the
aclocal, autoheader etc programs as listed here. Now ddd
builds "out of the box". Just configure and make.

Hi,
Run:
aclocal
autoheader
libtoolize
autoconf
automake --include-deps --add-missing --verbose
(cd termcap && autoconf)
(cd libiberty && autoheader && autoconf)
