I think this is the appropiate list to ask for it, anyway feel free to
tell me if it is appropiated,
The question is i had to modify the gdb 4.18 source to get some stuff
working for ARC systems and i would like to know which version of DDD
should i use for this release of GDB,

This isn't the right list to ask questions about ddd. Try a ddd list.
Or try using a very of GDB that isn't so many years old!
