I got the test5 sources and built them. No problems in the build. One
thing that has been causing me trouble though (both in test5 and earlier
concerns plotting data. gnuplot runs, but there seems to be a
disconnect between the gnuplot window (the one containing the
windowmanager frame and menus) and the window showing the data. The
latter seems to be frozen on-top in the upper left corner of my display.
I've got gnuplot-4.1 patchlevel 0 installed.
Yeah -- this is a known problem. You'll have to use the last of the gnuplot-3.x
series. 4.x doesn't work (yet), despite considerable digging by yours truly.
