have ddd-3.3.12-rc2 and remake-3.81-0.2, now what?

Hi,

I have ddd-3.3.12-rc2 and remake-3.81-0.2 and I've seen screenshots of remake
with ddd.  But how do I actually do this?

I don't see remake in DDD's  Preferences | Startup  list, and the existing
documentation only says that it works with remake but no details.

I need to debug a misbehaving Makefile.


What obvious checkbox am I missing somewhere?
