As per your suggestion, I tried both the alternatives;
 1> without '=' sign
 2> without --tool & --target options   (my site.exp contents are correct)

 But in vain !
  following warning continues.
 WARNING: Could'nt find tool init file


Please guide me to proceed from here.

  Try again, but without the '=' signs in the command line. Both --target
and --tool have a space, not an equal as the delimiter. If your site.exp is
correct (make site.exp usually works fine), then don't use either the
--target or --tool options at all. All the info should be in either the
local
or the global site.exp file.
