Thanks a lot for doing all of this work; you have saved me a lot of
effort. We will probably start the dejagnu-1.5 release soon.

Typing 'git log' will give you a commit history, newest at the top.
You might also like to consider installing "gitk", which is a Tcl/Tk
browser for git. It's very useful!
