Summary: add RPC participant_info()

* net/messages.xdr: add RPC participant_info() (with associated data
  structures). New error code rt_request_too_much_ids. Documentation
  rewrite. 

* srv/Participants: add details_of_id and rewrite update_participant
  functions. Rewrite of calls to Digest module for better clarity (use
  explicit md5 name).

* srv/Work: handling of new RPC and new tests.

* srv/demexp-server: handling of new RPC.
