Summary: lablgtk2-clnt: beginning of Manage Users UI window
Keywords: 

* Makefile: producing an .ml file from a glade one also produces the
  corresponding .mli interface (rationale: it is help for programming to
  know the type of objects).

* srv/Work, net/messages.xdr: rpc participant_info() now also returns
  the id of each participant.

* lablgtk2-clnt/Users: new module to handle Manage Users UI window. The
  window is currently able to connect and disconnect from the server.

* lablgtk2-clnt/demexp-lablgtk2-client: callback for Manage Users UI.
  Load preferences from disk at application startup.
