  Detect and use Config_file in the build system. Update documentation
  in README.

* gtk2-clnt/pref.ml.nw

  Now store user preferences in .demexp/config, in Config_file format,
  instead of older ad-hoc format in .demexp/logins.

  Now longer use user interface delegate login and password. Instead,
  build delegate login with a "delegate_" prefix and delegate password
  is the same as user login.
