  Cleanup. The build system still messing up po/fr.po. :(

  Update clerk mechanism so that the timestamp of each seen or voted
  question is now stored in the ~/.demexp/config file, through a
  preference object. This closes the bug where the state of seen
  questions was lost at client update.

  Remove autotests in Clerk: no longer possible to do as a Cache object
  is needed, thus an access to a server.

* lib/cache.ml.nw

  Remove function "is_updated" (timestamp comparison is now done in the
  clerk) and add function "timestamp".
