[Denemo-devel] Clicking with mouse gets the position of notes above the staff wrong by 1.

Here is a patch for
2007-10-20 mousing.c 
        Clicking with the mouse at the top and above gets the position of notes
above the staff wrong by 1

 (there is an area at the top of the staff where this behaviour sets in,
and you have to move the mouse twice as far for the next step - sobering
that in almost 10 years no one has noticed/seen fit to mention).
