[Denemo-devel] Editable guitar fingerings and staff prologs

I've made the lilypond directives that you can now attach to notes
within chords (e.g. guitar fingerings) editable in the LilyPond text
window. I have also made the prologs for each Voice customizable, so
that the music can be put in any context desired, without losing
editability within Denemo.
Note that if you attach a guitar fingering to a single note it
automatically surrounds the note with <<>> making it into a one-note
chord, otherwise LilyPond won't understand.
There are still edits in Denemo that are not registered with the
changecount mechanism (e.g. editing the custom_prolog of the staff or
the score properties).
