I've fixed the mode menus to reflect the tab that you have switched to,
and closed any open LilyPond text window on switching tab as it can be
very confusing otherwise.
Also I've fixed the response to the destroyed signal for LilyPond text
windows, even though this can't cause a problem with the current code.
Pushed to git.
