[Denemo-devel] Dragging notes with the mouse.

One of the things that it is nice to do when you spot a wrong note is to
drag it to the right place. Never been possible in Denemo until now.
I've checked in a function to read the cursor position, and a new
(scripted) menu item that moves the note nearest the cursor to the
cursor note position.
With this you can define a mouse-release to activate that menu item and
like magic you can drag notes up and down.
