In 0.8.1 there is also lilypond attached to notes and chords, for which
you would use the other method:
Navigate to the note or chord & select Attach LilyPond to Note (or
Chord) and then edit the text: there is a bug/feature to delete you need
to leave whitespace in there. This is my fault - the editing is pretty
primitive, see my last email about how I see the editing developing;
specifically you could write a one-liner script to delete the attached
LilyPond. We should try and get such a script (DeleteAttachedLilyPond)
into the release and install it in the Other menu along with the Attach
command.
