[Denemo-devel] A timebase

I have pushed code to print out the timing of the note at the cursor on
the status bar.
This uses the information from the MIDI creation, so it only becomes
valid when a playback has been made.

I guess it would be desirable to generate it periodically (without
actually playing back), and I wonder if there is more that could be
(easily) done to make this more useful...
