Sorry, 
d-Chordize is wrong here because this script only works on single, non-chord 
notes.

But it should, according to lilypond, work on nearly anything. Chords, Notes, 
Chords in Notes, Rests, Rehearsel Marks, trills, Metronome markings etc..
