Users can now connect to #denemo from the Help menu. To help with
identifying problems, such users now have names incorporating the
version of Denemo that they are running.
I have also define DENEMO_MAJOR, MINOR and MICRO in scheme, so scripts
can insist on being run on sufficiently new versions of Denemo for them
to work.
