Follow-up Comment #1, bug #27208 (project denemo):
What version of denemo are you trying to compile. Denemo now uses pkg-config
to configure the lib path and CFLAGS. guile-config should not be needed. Just
install the guile-1.8.pc and let pkg-config do its work.
