[Denemo-devel] Octava Basso

When adding an initial clef to my Contrabasses, and choosing Octava
Bassa from the popup window, the clef displays incorrectly as a treble
clef (instead of a bass clef), plus the 8 symbol, in both score view,
and print view.

At the other end of the scale, the treble clef plus 8 symbol, i.e. for
the piccolo, is missing altogether.

In the Markings/textsymbol/Dynamic Markings menu, both P and PP are missing.
