I have merged the Cairo work onto master. In addition to Torben's work I
have added a zoom command and scaled the mouse to work with the scaled
display.
There are some color changes and such to be sorted out.
This is just the single system (line) version. I have thought about how
to implement the multi-system display, and I think I have a workable
scheme, the second of those on the
