Details:
If you start Denemo init.denemo is used for the default template.
Is has correct midi volume values and attached directives such as neo
mensural notehead.
But if you use "New File" something else is used. It has wrong midi values (I
remember auto-searching through all files for these midi values and changing
them, I don't know where that comes from!), it does not load the directives.
In other words its plain wrong and redundant.
"New" and "New Tab" should just use init.denemo, too.
