Ahh.

With github, you can do basically everything without running nonfree
javascript. I use the hub tool to make pull requests. Definitely, if the
page doesn't display anything useful without nonfree js, don't link to
it. And if you can't download the software without nonfree js, it
doesn't belong on the directory.
